The Physical Benefits of Essential Oils: In previous blogs, we have explored how essential oils can help us on a mental level and how they have been used across cultures, throughout the centuries as an integral part of ancient ritualistic and religious practices to create sacred spaces and ward off negative energies.
Furthermore to their esoteric properties, these healing oils have the ability to act as natural medicines without any side effects, because their benefits come from their properties which are analgesic, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. They are concentrated essences obtained through the distillation of plants and fruits which include the flowers, leaves, bark, roots, resin and peels. Only a few drops of these highly concentrated extracts are enough to provide great healing on a physical level.
