Grapefruit essential oil – Citrus Paridisi

Grapefruit essential oil is used to help beat inflammation, weight gain, sugar cravings and even hangover symptoms. Its main properties are:

• Energizing
• Toning
• Cleansing
• Anti-inflammatory
• Anti-carcinogenic

It is used in skincare to cleanse and tone the skin, especially the congested and clogged oily type; very beneficial in the treatment of cellulite.

Method of use: Massage, baths, vaporization and may be added to base oils.

Caution: Grapefruit Essential Oil is slightly phototoxic and must be used cautiously. Ensure proper dilution.
