How does the state of our chakras reflect in our everyday life?

Part 1 – Root Chakra

Chakras are energy centres in our bodies, with each chakra governing major aspects of who we are on the physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual levels. For all areas of our lives, such as health, wealth, and relationships, to be in harmony with each other, our chakras must be aligned.

Our primal needs in life are our safety, security, and survival. If these needs are threatened, we become afraid.

We may be afraid of impending death, lack of money, or fear of being attacked by an unknown enemy. You may or may not know that it is about your root chakra when it comes to fear. Red in colour, this chakra governs those primal needs, and if they are not satisfied, fear settles in, causing an imbalance in the energetic system. When this happens, the effect on our lives, in general, is disastrous.

We are currently living in stressful times, and our safety and security have been fundamentally threatened in many ways for the past 15 months.

Fear is everywhere around us, and because of what is happening in our world at the moment or for many other reasons personal to you, you may be afraid for your safety and that of your loved ones.

Being afraid brings up an intense feeling that either paralyses you completely or gives you a burst of energy to respond to perceived dangers. Imagine being chased by a tiger or a mad dog. You know that if they get hold of you, not only will your life be over, you will also suffer from excruciating pain and torture. Whether the situation is real or imagined, your body reacts in the same way. It goes in fight or flight mode, and the sudden release of hormones is exhausting.

If you do not get out of the fight or flight mode, your body begins to become tired, your immune system declines, and according to recent research, your brain can even begin to become toxic.

So, living in constant fear of impending disaster can have a negative effect on your health in general.

Physical symptoms of root chakra issues are:

Furthermore, there is a negative impact on the energetic level. What we fear most will be realised without a shadow of a doubt because the misalignment of our chakras will attract to us the very thing that we are afraid of.

Allowing yourself to be ruled by fear is the fastest way for you to destroy your health and well-being slowly but surely. The best way to change this state of being is to keep the flow of positivity going. Easier said than done because all these negative thought patterns are encoded in our psyche and energy field.

Below is a simple exercise for you to test your level of fear and release it easily.

If you know your fear (death, illness, lack of money, fear for your loved ones, etc.), let’s do a little test.

Close your eyes.

Take a few deep breaths.

Feel where this fear is in your body. It could be in your tummy, your throat area, or your heart.

Put your attention on this area of your body.

You may find that you experience some kind of sensation.

The experience is different for each one of us.

You may have a feeling of uneasiness.

An intense feeling of fear itself.

Or something you cannot put your finger on.

When your root chakra is out of balance, you need to be grounded.

Sit with your feet flat on the ground.

Gently close your eyes.

Take a few deep breaths and let your body relax.

Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet deep into the ground.

Now, as you breathe in, feel red energy coming up your roots up into your root chakra.

As you breathe out, imagine dark clouds flowing out of your root chakra, down your legs deep, deep into the ground.

Breathe in red energy into your root chakra and breath out dark clouds from the root chakra deep into the ground.

Repeat the above exercise three times.

After that, gradually bring your attention back to the space where you are now.

Take a few deep breaths.

Feel yourself very grounded.

How to Heal Your Life by Balancing Your Chakras – the same ones I use to balance my life.

The Chakra System

The chakra energy system is the energetic counterpart of our physical system. There are seven main chakras or energy centers that govern our lives on all levels; this includes our mental, emotional and physical health, our wealth or lack of it, and our relationships' conditions. When they are not in balance, we will definitely have serious problems in all or one of those areas of our lives.

These energy vortices are connected to our higher selves, souls, or the universal energy field. When this connection is working, we will attract the right situation and people in our lives to manifest the life of our dreams.  When it's not, and our chakras are blocked, energy will not flow freely, and we will struggle and feel discomfort in many areas of our lives.

This is caused by emotional stress due to our inability to deal with our lives in general. Usually, this happens when we are forcing ourselves to do the things that we know are not right for us. The price we pay for not honoring our soul path can affect one or more chakras and may result in serious illnesses on a physical level which can sometimes be fatal. Below are the chakras and their positive and negative mental, emotional and physical effects.

Root Chakra

Located at the base of the spine, this chakra is red in colour, and it governs the lower limbs and the elimination of waste in the physical body.

Psychological aspects are about:

When this chakra is out of balance, you feel afraid for yourself and your loved ones, and this fear can manifest itself in your everyday life, such as lack of money, threats from others, and sometimes tragedy and disasters.

On a physical level, you can have weaknesses in the legs; other symptoms are constipation, sciatica, and impotence.

When this chakra is balanced, you feel safe secure on all levels, mental, emotional, and physical. Money is not an issue.

Sacral Chakra

Located just below the navel, this chakra is orange in colour and governs digestion, the kidneys, lower back, and sexual potencies in the physical body.

Psychological aspects are about:

When this chakra is balanced, you can truly be who you were destined to be, excel in your chosen field, manifest situations and relationships that enhance your life, create harmony and opportunities for growth on all levels.

Solar Plexus Chakra

It can also cause physical problems such as eating disorders.

When this chakra is balanced, you will be standing in your power and express yourself for who you are to the world, both in words and action, making a difference, leaving a legacy of your true self, inspiring others to follow in your footsteps.

When this chakra is out of balance, you will take everything personally and find it difficult to forgive. It also leads to feelings of loneliness, betrayal, and abandonment; such deep feelings of being unloved that can lead to physical illnesses such as heart problems, asthma, and breast problems.

When this chakra is balanced, your heart centre is opened, your energy field radiates with health and happiness. You become like a magnet, attracting the right opportunities and relationships to help you create a better world for yourself and others.

When this chakra is balanced, you become fully connected to the source of all of life. You will then live your life with integrity, trust, and wisdom.

There are very few people on this earth that have reached this state of being, and this is what our journey of self-healing and personal development is about,  achieving enlightenment.

We do our best, and the more balanced we are, the more peace and harmony we bring into our lives.

The Subtle bodies

Our physical body is surrounded by an aura consisting of several subtle bodies or energy fields, surrounding and interpenetrating the physical form, each of which is a luminous energy field vibrating at a particular frequency. These human energy fields are the manifestation of Universal Energy.

We are spiritual beings and immortal spirit souls temporarily embodied in this physical form. There are 3 layers to our being, which can also be called 3 bodies. They are:

Physical – the waking body

Astral – the dreaming body

Causal – the dreamless state

Chakras

What are chakras?

These energy centres are situated within our astral bodies. There are seven energy centres. They are our connections to universal energy. Through the chakras, we connect to the cosmic source, like a plug taking energy from the main electrical system to power an appliance.

During the course of our lives, we accumulate experiences, which are then stored as information in the chakra it resonates with. This then determines the type of life we lead. Some experiences may be of a negative nature. This slows the vibration of this chakra, causing a blockage that prevents it from taking as much energy from the universal energy field to provide us with the true experience that we are meant to have during our time on earth.

We then tend to live a life of struggle, repeating those experiences over and over again in many different forms, not understanding why this is happening and thinking that this is life and we have no power or control to take charge. Always expecting disaster round the corner, or when something is going well, and we think everything is ok, suddenly disaster strikes.

Most people live their lives in this manner, and it wears them down. They give up on living life to the full, “what’s the point? It will end in disaster anyway”. They settle to a mundane, boring life until it ends, ridden with disease, dissatisfaction, and regrets.

Taking charge

“Actions speak louder than words.”

We need to know that we are responsible for every situation in our lives. The outside world is like a mirror. Repressed feelings and emotions, negative situations that have not been dealt with, and sometimes generational and past lives issues stored in our chakras replay themselves in our lives. Many a time, people have a feeling of “déjà vue,” as the same pattern repeats itself over and over again. This is a way that our subconscious is letting us know that there is unfinished business that needs to be put to rest. By taking actions to clear these patterns, we are liberating ourselves from “karma,” at the same time liberating seven generations before us and seven generations after us from carrying the same burden that our forefathers and we carried. We are also giving ourselves new leases of life and a blank page to write our story rather than living one that has been written for us.

Root chakra

Located at the base of the spine, this chakra is red in colour; it governs the lower limbs and the elimination of wastes in the physical body. Psychological aspects are about security, survival instinct, safety, etc.

When this chakra is out of balance, you feel afraid for yourself and your loved ones, and this fear can manifest itself in your everyday life, such as lack of money, threats from others, sometimes tragedy and disasters.

Diseases associated with imbalances in the root chakra:

Anorexia
Obesity
Osteoarthritis
Auto-immune disease
Arthritis
Cancer
AIDS
Fatigue
Kidney
Spinal column

When balancing the chakras, the root chakra needs to be addressed first.

When this chakra is in balance, you feel safe at all times; there is never a feeling of threat or an impending sense of disaster. Nor does this kind of situation ever happen in your life. You have the ability to create harmony and security physically, emotionally, and financially at all times.

Bespoke natural products vs. off-the-shelf products

Having anything made specifically for you has always been looked upon as a luxury. Many of us do not even dare consider having our custom-made outfits or skincare and hair care products. Even before the thought hit our brain, we see expenses beyond our means.

Getting our products made may incur a cost initially, but it may cost us less in the long run. Or, we could learn to make them.

Off-the-shelf products

Modern skincare and hair care products are sold in dazzling packages. They grab our attention and desire to buy them using slick advertising. There are hundreds and hundreds of products available to choose from, yet they are all the same version of each other with slight variations. They may look, feel and smell different. Still, behind the facade of fancy labels claiming "improved" or "new," they are made from one basic formula consisting of mineral oil and water held together with synthetic emulsifiers and waxes. They are scented with different artificial fragrances and contain different artificial colours. And, amongst the myriad of chemical ingredients added to make them look appealing, more chemically based preservatives are added to give them a long shelf-life. Products designed under these conditions tend to only work on the skin's surface, achieving temporary benefits if they achieve anything at all.

Bespoke products

Bespoke products take into consideration our individual needs. Because our skin is a breathing living organ, the biggest one in the body, everything that we put on it is absorbed into the bloodstream, directly affecting our health, moods, and well-being. If we eat food that is chemically loaded or has no nutritional value, we will suffer the consequence in various ways, such as stomach problems, headaches, and bad moods. We may even have to deal with serious illnesses in the long term. Similarly, what we put on our skin is as important as what we put in our bodies. If we value ourselves, we will only use pure and natural products to nurture our skin and body on all levels, physical, mental, and emotional.

Skin Types

There are categories of skin, such as normal, dry, oily, combination, acne, sun-damaged, etc. However, most people's skin types fall within two or more of these categories. This is because our skin is a breathing living organ. Our skin is also constantly changing. The reason for these changes is due to a number of factors.

Off-the-shelf products are mass-produced, cannot address our individual needs because they are produced commercially from one basic formula that only works on the surface. As skin types fluctuate regularly, it makes more sense to custom-make our skincare products, where we have the flexibility to choose the ingredients and techniques that are suitable for our individual needs.

You may be surprised to find that making your products is much cheaper than buying expensive off-the-shelf products. Making your own products or buying off-the-shelf products made with pure natural ingredients and fragranced with natural essential oils that are beneficial to your skin means you know exactly what you are putting on your skin and can avoid all the artificial chemicals found in many off-the-shelf products.

Why should you always use Natural Skin Care & Haircare Products?

First, we need to understand the skin and its function and how & why our skin causes us problems.

Your skin is the largest organ in your body, and its primary function is to protect. It is very important and active, like the heart and the liver. It absorbs, breathes, and eliminates.  This is why we have to be very careful what we put on our skin.

There are 7 skin types:

Normal
Oily
Dry
Combination
Problem
Mature
Sun-damaged

Generally, people’s skin type falls into more than one category.

As a natural progression, skin is normal for children, oily during adolescence, and drier as we mature.

But, unfortunately for many of us, this is not always the case.

Why?

Because, apart from age, other factors can affect our skin.

The main one is lifestyle

Poor diet and digestion

Lack of exercise

Smoking & alcohol consumption

Stress

Even pure and natural products will not create significant effects if the above factors are not dealt with first.

Other factors are:

Menstrual cycles and pollution

A good lifestyle can have a positive effect on your menstrual cycles. Natural products can help stop the ravages of pollution on your skin.

The Structure of the skin

The skin consists of 3 layers.

The bottom layer- the subcutaneous- is where new cells are formed and gives your skin its firm and toned appearance

The middle layer – the dermis- is where the sensory cells, blood vessels, hair follicles, and sweat glands live.

The top layer- the epidermis- is composed of dead cells constantly being replaced by new cells from the bottom layers.

If the skin is coarse and tired looking – usually this is the result of layers of dead cells clinging to the surface, they need to be cleared to allow new cells to emerge

Also, a lack of proper care and attention causes the skin to lose its lustre and radiance and makes it look old and dry.

If you have a good lifestyle and find that your skin is dull, grey, tired-looking, this is not a problem you can easily change this:

A basic daily routine of cleansing, toning, and moisturising and a complete facial routine of steaming, exfoliating, and a mask once a week;

Give your skin this simple treat, and it will reward you with a radiant glow. However, it is essential to use pure and natural products. Added essential oils will give you a faster result. We will cover this later.

Earlier I mentioned that we have to be careful what we put on our skin. Because of its remarkable ability to absorb, your skin will absorb anything you put on it. Things are absorbed into the deeper layers of your bloodstream, positively or negatively affecting your general health.

The Hidden Effects of Commercial Products

The majority of off-the-shelf products contain one form of chemically-based ingredients that can be potentially harmful to our health and well-being.

SLS sodium laureth sulphate - a harsh industrial chemical degreasing agent is used in most commercial shampoos to create suds and foam, giving you the impression that you have thoroughly cleansed your hair. Research has shown that this ingredient enters and maintains residual levels in the heart, liver, lungs, and brain, all from skin contact.

Parabens- a preservative used in commercial creams & lotions that can potentially cause breast cancer and enter your bloodstream through skin contact.

Commercial toners – contains alcohol which is drying to the skin

Mineral Oil – an ingredient found in creams, lotions, and cleansers is made from petroleum and is incompatible with the fats in the skin. It remains like a film over the skin, forming a barrier that obstructs the skin’s ability to breathe, take in nutrients and eliminate toxins, thus creating a problem skin.

The benefits of essential oils

On the other side of the coin, essential oils being pure, natural, and having excellent therapeutic properties, will go directly to the lower layers of your skin, into your bloodstream with almost immediate positive effects on your overall health. They also rejuvenate the cells at their formation level, not so much rejuvenating, more creating a balancing effect, restoring them to how they should be.

My personal opinion is, all these rejuvenation creams etc., are all very superficial.

With natural products and aromatherapy oils, you are simply claiming back your original look, which is more lasting than a patching effect.

If you are unhappy with some parts of you, it affects your confidence & self-esteem; patching yourself up will not improve your feelings. This can have an adverse effect on other aspects of your life. When you look good, you feel good; this can positively impact all areas of your life.

The idea is to make you look irresistible to achieve anything you want in life.

A simple 10 minutes daily routine can help you reach that goal easily and effortlessly.

“Your Guide to Beautiful Skin in 7 Easy Steps” shows you simple techniques that only require 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening to make dramatic changes to your skin condition. It is also essential to use natural and essential oils-based products.

Cleansing, toning, and moisturising tailor-made to suit your needs.

Stimulating

Stimulating your skin increases your circulation, and this improves your health and well being

The blood circulation carries oxygen and nutrients to all organs, including the skin, and eliminates waste and toxins. Good circulation helps to maintain clear skin.

“The Guide” talks about 6 ways to stimulate your skin, some you can easily incorporate into your 5-minute morning/evening routine.

They are steaming, exfoliating, massage, tapping, masks & pressures.

One of my mature clients has reduced the effect of a sagging chin by simply using the pressures every day; it takes 1 minute to do the pressures

How can aromatherapy help to make positive habits stick?

Habits are formed when we repeat a behaviour over and over again.  When introduced to a new behaviour, our brains have to assimilate it first, such as brushing our teeth in the morning; we had to be told repeatedly until it became automatic. Similarly, for those who drive, learning to balance the clutch and the gas pedal was a manoeuvre that was probably an ordeal initially. With practice, you sit behind that steering wheel and simply drive with no second thought of how to make this happen.

We are always living our lives based on habits, and they can be positive or negative ones. Bad habits can destroy you, while good habits are most likely to uplift you and help you create the transformation you need to design the life you desire. Good habits formed slowly over a period of time are the compound interest of self-improvement. Bad habits also formed with repetition, making the same mistakes over and over again, are the compound interest of self-destruction.

Rome was not built in one day, similarly having goals and achieving them is not something we do overnight. Sometimes people are impatient, lack the clarity and resolve to realise their dreams and aspirations. With all good intentions, many of us quickly write our new year’s resolutions listing all the things we want to happen in the coming year with no clear plans to achieve them. No wonder, a few days in the new year, we fall back on our old habits, and the transformation we genuinely desire is put on the back burner because we don’t know how to make our new habits stick and override our old programming.

When your brain has to learn something for the first time, it uses a lot of energy, you become tired and can easily give up. But having your result at the forefront of your mind is your incentive to continue until you succeed. Initially, forming good habits can be tedious; your mind may not want to embark on this new journey because it is easy to follow the path of least resistance which is already there. Waking up earlier every morning so you can exercise and be on time for work may seem like an ordeal. Like I said before, repetition is the key, and once this habit is installed, you will be thankful that you persisted in your attempt to make it happen.

This is where the use of essential oils in your habit-building process will give you a much-needed helping hand. So, you want to create habits that support your self-improvement goals and help you be successful in your life and business. Having made your plan, you need to follow it diligently. Only then will you create the success and life you desire.

Here is a simple plan to incorporate essential oils to build new habits. Decide what your goal is, the steps you will take to accomplish it, and the date you want this to happen.

Create a daily routine with the steps in the correct order. To follow this through diligently, you need inner strength, inner vision, and self-belief.

The following essential oils will help to reinforce these qualities for you, so you can make your habits stick and achieve your goal easily:

Cleansing your space with a Sage mist or Palo Santo room spray every day will help to lift your energetic vibration and your resolve.

Five drops of juniper, five drops of grapefruit, and four drops of geranium essential oils diffused in an oil burner will infuse the atmosphere with the combined aromas of these oils. These aromas will go directly to your brain and change any resistance, such as procrastination and boredom, into positive thoughts and the desire to continue achieving your goal.

Using these oils every day will help you instil new habits, replacing outdated programming that works against you.

Why is Palo Santo Essential Oil the best oil to deal with issues of stress and anxiety.

This mystical tree with a long spiritual history is currently becoming known for its healing and cleansing properties. The belief that this tree is sacred with a strong spirit and should be treated with respect dates back to when the Incas used it in rituals and ceremonies.

This tree is never cut down. The Palo Santo wood is only harvested from naturally fallen trees and branches that lie dead for 4-10 years. Only then the essential oils and wood are extracted. This is because the belief is that the spirit continues to live in the wood long after the tree has fallen.  When this wood is treated well, its magical properties help restore physical, emotional, and energetic well-being.

This is why it is one of the best oils to use when dealing with stress and anxiety issues. As a piece of wood, it is burned, the smoke clears the atmosphere and the auric field but does not penetrate the deeper layers of the brain to restore balance on a deeper level. However, when used as an essential oil, the aroma goes directly to the brain and changes negative thought patterns into positive ones.

Thought patterns originating from our formative years are encoded in our psyche and dictate how we live. Not all of them serve us in a positive manner. If we were let down as children, this would generate a pattern that everyone around us is untrustworthy and will create massive trust issues. By acting according to this pattern, we may miss out on valuable opportunities, not express ourselves for who we truly are, and fail to live a life aligned with our higher purpose. One of the causes of stress and anxiety is when at a deeper level, we know this truth but most of the time finding ourselves powerless against the negative forces of our conditioning.

Old patterns can also originate from our ancestral lineage and past lives. In this instance, the Palo Santo essential oil releases you from blocked energies while providing you with the energetic protection you might need while dealing with the harmful effects of these ancient stuck energies.

The same goes for imprints left through negative encounters or being the victim of a psychic attack due to jealousy, envy, and resentment. The Palo Santo essential oil will clear the effects on your psyche. Suppose this is a regular occurrence for you. In that case, the advice is to apply Palo Santo to you regularly to release you from the control of this imprint gradually, opening opportunities for you to meet more positive people and have pleasant experiences.

Sometimes we are our own worst enemies, past actions that we are not proud of continue to play themselves in our minds like broken records. These thoughts may leave us feeling unclean and unworthy.

These feelings are then encoded deep in our psyche down to the most subtle layer of our aura and have an adverse effect on our everyday life.

Palo Santo can access the most subtle layers of your aura to clear these feelings, help your body relax, increase your blood circulation, and give you clarity of mind and inner strength.

The Best Essential Oil to Help your Friend Deal with Stress

Some people believe that stress is a natural part of living and not essential to deal with it in any shape or form. They might feel ashamed or in denial of their current situation

So, you see your friend buckling under a lot of pressure, and they do not ask for help because they refuse to admit it to themselves, but as a good friend, you want to help them. You can do many little things that will cheer them up, e.g., taking them out for a meal, watching a movie with them, or ask them to go for a walk with you. These are only temporary measures. Once they are back in their space or on their own, they will still face their stressful situation again.

Usually, people feel pressurised when they cannot stand up for themselves or are forced into situations that are not aligned with their values. They don't take action because they feel trapped due to blocks created by past traumas. They are sometimes unaware of what is happening to them because their current situation has triggered the feeling of a past wound that is still raw in their subconscious mind. They may not remember what the occasion was. However, they would still feel the emotional impact the event had on them. Such as being disempowered, belittled, ridiculed, feeling helpless, and these would have registered as limiting beliefs in their minds.

The best thing you can do is offer them something with lasting effects that in the long-term will help them awaken to their current reality, recognise the root of their issue and address it before it causes them major health issues. This is because stress is one of the causes of the following physical problems:

The best thing that could help your friend deal with their stressful situation is an essential oil.

They smell nice and are generally very appealing to the senses. They are also very therapeutic with long-lasting effects.  And, you do not need to know what their issue is. The essential oil will take care of it.

The best essential oil that will shift the state of a person from accepting stressful situations to start taking control is lavender. It is considered a most useful and versatile essential oil to treat physical and psychological issues.

Lavender has been the focus of many clinical trials and is widely used in hospital wards either as a massage oil or diffused in a vaporiser to help patients with sleeping problems.

Lavender works on the nervous system where trauma is stored, waiting to be awakened by any trigger that resonates with it. And, it will promote personal renewal, wash away the past's traumatic events, and open up the psyche to new possibilities. It will also encourage inner acceptance of painful situations, easing fear and creating the strength to move on.

Furthermore, if, as a result of being under pressure, your friend suffers from headaches, muscular pain, or is prone to frequent colds, lavender being a versatile oil, treats all of those symptoms too.

You may wonder how do you present them with such a gift. Here are three ways you can offer a gift that contains lavender essential oil.

  1. A bottle of 10 ml lavender essential oil.
  2. A well-being massage oil containing a combination of lavender, German chamomile, ginger, and black pepper, effective for both physical and psychological issues.
  3. A relaxing blend containing lavender, orange, and geranium which can be diffused in a room to shift heavy and unwanted energies

Stress leads to anxiety and is the root of a multitude of illnesses, both physical and mental. Our automatic stress responses are similar to those of the caveman when faced with life-threatening situations. Because we are not in immediate physical danger, we brace ourselves and contain our nervous reactions.

If you run your own business, you will accumulate minor stressors throughout the day caused simply by the phone ringing or more tasks being added to your already busy workload. Worries about the future of our business or failed experiences also trigger stress responses.

As these small stress factors build up in our bodies, we become tense and uptight, and by the end of the day, we are balls of nerves ready to explode. The reason is that most of the stressful situations we encounter do not provide us with an outlet for the extra chemical energy produced.  The fight-or-flight response for modern-life stressful situations is redundant. It’s not like we will use that energy to face a tiger or kill a bear.

The production of these chemicals that were once necessary for the survival of our species has now become harmful. When they build up in our system with no outlet, they create tension.

Knowing how to unwind and relax is crucial to maintaining an optimum health level. Yogis and monks spend lifetimes learning and teaching others this skill. And, fortunately for us, we have access to as many forms of relaxation techniques and teachers to help us with this growing issue. And, because there is a widespread understanding of the connection of stress with serious illnesses, more and more people are turning to yoga and many different types of relaxation techniques.

You can access all kinds of videos and music on your phone to help you relax on YouTube or apps on your phone. The possibilities are endless, and choosing the correct method that suits your needs can be stressful.

When in doubt, the best course of action is to be quiet. Here lies your answer to finding the best method that will not cause you more stress and anxiety; using two faculties, you do not have to think about or figure out the best way to use them—your sense of smell and your ability to breathe in and out.

Breathing properly is essential to health and well-being. The best way to relax is to start breathing in and out naturally and slowly, allowing your breath to become deeper and deeper. Letting this happen by itself, as you become calmer and calmer.

Using essential oils while doing a breathing exercise makes your practice more effective. The oils oxygenate the blood and work directly on your nervous system, transforming worries and problems instantly. The aroma of the oils goes directly to the part of your brain that stores feelings and emotions, releasing the correct hormones to counteract the chemicals produced by your body when you are faced with stressful situations.

The oils can be inhaled by putting a few drops on a tissue or diffused in your space.

Here are some of the oils suitable for relaxation: lavender, lemon, juniper, geranium, ylang-ylang, bergamot, and frankincense.
